We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. Roma Wedding Styling does not refund. We can exchange items if they are damaged or if the garment does not fit. Then we will provide you with a larger or smaller size, or in the event of a production error of a new item or a replacement item.<\/p>\n

All our garments are checked and video recorded to ensure our quality standard is met. This is to avoid disappointment.<\/p>\n

If you do not notify us of a defective or incompatible product within 24 hours of receiving the item, you will not be eligible for an exchange.<\/p>\n

All return items must be sent in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the return, so it is recommended that you use a tracking service to ensure that the item reaches our office safely. Any returned item must be unused and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

An order once placed cannot be changed or cancelled. Please make sure to select the correct size and enter the correct shipping address.<\/p>\n

Colors may vary slightly due to the lighting of the photo.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY<\/h2>\n

If you intend to return a purchase, you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of our goods. These goods remain your responsibility until they reach us in the same condition as when you received them.<\/p>\n

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Do not damage the goods during unpacking or fitting, including the original packaging and labels.<\/p>\n

We accept no liability for goods that do not reach us. We therefore recommend that all goods that are returned are sent back via registered delivery service and that proof of postage is retained. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange request in the event of damage to our goods.<\/p>\n

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of our return policy and we will not accept liability or offer any flexibility for failure to comply with this policy.<\/p>\n

OUR PRODUCTS<\/h2>\n

The majority of our products are hand embroidered and therefore fragile and have a variability of 5%-10%. By placing an order on our website, you accept the possibility of variation from the images on this website.<\/p>\n

The decorations of the product may shift (5%-10%) and this is not considered a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments must be worn with care.<\/p>\n

SALE ITEMS<\/h2>\n

Items on sale may be discounted for one of the following reasons: end of season\/minor marking\/slight damage or color differences. Any discrepancies with a sale item are not classified as an error as such. Sale items are not refundable\/exchangeable.<\/p>\n

PRE-ORDERS<\/h2>\n

We cannot cancel pre-orders once the deadline has passed. This is because a pre-order is prepaid and we order those specific quantities to make. As soon as we receive a pre-order, that particular product will be ordered especially for you.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
