Roma Wedding Styling believes it is important to handle customer data with care. Below is a brief description of how this is done. In addition to this privacy statement, Roma Wedding Styling uses a confidentiality statement in the contract for services that is concluded with you as a customer.

1. Purpose and basis

The basis for processing your personal data as a customer of Roma Wedding Styling is in the context of the care service agreement. The aim is to be able to support you as best as possible during your process.

2. File and data processing

In order to be able to provide the agreed support/service, Roma Wedding Styling needs information from you as a customer. The customer data that are processed for the provision of services and invoicing of work performed are: name, address, zip code, place of residence, gender, telephone number, e-mail address and special personal data (for example about your health or complaints) that are important to properly carry out the support agreed with you.

3. Sharing data from this Privacy Statement

Roma Wedding Styling will not share customer data with others. An exception is when this is required by law. This concerns, for example, the billing address details of customers that are viewed every quarter by an accountant for VAT purposes and to prepare the annual accounts.

4. Data Security

To prevent the data from being lost or ending up in unauthorized hands, Roma Wedding Styling handles your data with care and Roma Wedding Styling ensures that customer data is properly secured. In the unlikely event that information does leak, we will report this in accordance with the data leak reporting obligation.

5. Retention periods

Data that must remain available to the tax authorities are kept for at least 7 years. Name and address details of customers are also kept as long as work is carried out for the customer. Special personal data that fall under the Medical Treatment Agreement Act (WBGO) or the Care Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz) are stored for 15 years.

6. What are your rights as a customer with regard to the processed personal data?

6.1 Right of access and copy

You as a customer have the right to view your data processed by Roma Wedding Styling. If you would like to view your file, please contact Roma Wedding Styling. The contact details can be found at the end of this information.

6.2 Right of rectification (correction or addition)

Customer information must be correct. If that is not the case and information is incorrect, incomplete or outdated, you can ask Roma Wedding Styling to change or supplement this information.

6.3 Right to be forgotten (deletion of data)

You can ask Roma Wedding Styling to have your data deleted. Roma Wedding Styling must do this within three months. This is not necessary immediately if we believe that the retention of the data is important for the execution of the agreement or that data must be kept for 7 years for the tax authorities.

6.4 Right to data portability (data portability)

You can request to have your file transferred to you. Roma Wedding Styling will respond to this request within a month. This right does not apply to data that a customer has not provided directly or indirectly. This does concern the data that the customer has actively and consciously provided.

6.5. Submit an objection or request
