We use post.nl to deliver your goods because we realize how important it is that you receive them as expected.

The shipping date depends on the type of product and its availability. We aim to dispatch your orders between 1 and 2 working days from the date of your order. Once your order has been verified and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

We cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to, for example, an incorrect address, transport problems, weather or other external circumstances that may affect the delivery time of your package.

Our standard delivery service is via post.nl. You will always receive a confirmation that the package has been sent by e-mail with the track and trace code.

All international orders are shipped via different courier services, and are delivered in 8-10 business days after the order is shipped. After your payment is authorized, it may take us up to 2 days to process your order and ship the package. This is only an estimate and excludes weekends and holidays.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

• All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
• We ship your package “Duty and Taxes” unpaid, and we do not charge any local taxes or duties during checkout.
• All charges due are collected upon delivery of the order.
• All applicable customs, import and collection charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs requires that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
  Taxes and duties are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
• If your order involves additional charges, they must be paid by the customer to get the package through customs.
