Rules and Regulations Miss Elections

Every Miss pageant must comply with rules to protect you as a candidate and us as an organization. It creates the necessary clarity about what can be expected of each other. Read these rules carefully to avoid misunderstandings.

  1. The competition is open to women with a Dutch nationality, without children, unmarried and with an Indian/Hindu background.
  2. The candidates must be a natural born woman.
  3. Decision of the judges will be final and binding under the supervision of the notary.
  4. The entrant must not be under contract with any person, company, modeling agency or similar company that would prevent her appearance or participation in this competition. The participant agrees to inform Roma Wedding Styling of any claim etc. that may be brought against her in this regard.
  5. The applicant may, with the consent of Roma Wedding Styling, complete all or part of its assignments, from any other commercial/competing agreement or assignment, to the final event as long as it does not interfere with this competition.
  6. The candidates are behaving appropriately of the title “Miss Roma Wedding Styling” in an appropriate manner. They participate in the election in a disciplined and, with direction from the organization, diligently and in compliance with the rules.
  7. Incomplete (photocopies of completed) registrations, quitclaims or contracts will not be accepted.
  8. False information will immediately lead to disqualification, anytime from registration to the event.
  9. Candidates behave appropriately in accordance with the guidelines of the organization and demonstrate moral standards and values. Candidates will not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs during the course. Public smoking, foul language or display of misconduct during the election process is not permitted.
  10. Candidates understand that after coronation, they are required to sign an annual contract with Roma Wedding Styling. They must be available, or at least show commitment to planning, scheduled events and personal appearances throughout her reign. If she is unable to fulfill this task, she will have to renounce her title and relinquish her prizes. Her successor will take her place for the right of the period.
  11. All photos, focused on the pageant and taken during the course of the pageant, are the property of Roma Wedding Styling and may be used for future promotions and marketing purposes. Use is limited to beauty, fashion, modeling, etc. purposes.
  12. Candidates agree with decisions made by Roma Wedding Styling and its authorized representatives, advertisers, successor, sponsors, partners for advertising purposes or for the purpose of promotion, trade, press releases or (moving) image materials. The candidate waives the right to check and approve photos and other (moving) visual materials.
  13. The information in all registrations is considered to be definitive and truthfully completed information that the organization will include in its system.
  14. Applications and their costs sent after the deadline will not be accepted. The organization will, by mutual consent, take the registration for the following year's election. The organization is not responsible for lost or delayed entries.
  15. Candidates with valid registrations will be called up for an audition round, of which one selection of finalists will be chosen from several audition rounds.
  16. The audition is judged by a panel of distinguished judges. The decision of the jury is final and binding on each participant. No correspondence related to the procedure followed or the result will be entertained.
  17. As long as the organization indicates that it will take care of it itself, the finalists take into account any costs, for their own account in terms of care (meals, drinks), training (suitable clothing) and events (clothing, jewelry).
  18. In the event of a dispute, the organization will try to resolve this personally with the candidate. In extreme cases, the organization will consult its lawyer and other legal assistance.
  19. Any dispute will initially be submitted to Roma Wedding Styling.
  20. The candidate agrees to abide by all rules and regulations and will not object to mutual agreement of any changes thereto.
  21. Participants agree that Roma Wedding Styling will act in its sole discretion if any action is taken in violation of the terms, election process or any other signed agreement with the Organisation.
  22. The entrant will not give interviews, enter into competitive assignments, or hold a press conference without prior (written) approval from the National Director of the Election or an authorized person.
  23. Roma Wedding Styling is not responsible for delays and malfunctions in any way, negligence of the candidates and commissions on any account, unless otherwise indicated by the organization.
  24. Changes to the events calendar are subject to decisions of the organization. Candidate will have no objection to this.
  25. Roma Wedding Styling (and her team) will not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever for personal injury or damage to anyone, damages, incidentals, changes to the rules and regulations, changes and cancellations of (own ) dates and events, prior to, during or after the election process.
  26. Audition fees and other costs to the organization will not be refunded under any circumstances.
